We are a special kind of design company.

The owner and principal designer is Kirsten Forbes Puskar who has over 20
years of design and construction experience.

•   The goal of all our designs is to be beautiful year-round as well as be
functional and efficient with water and power. Sustainability is not a new
concept for us!
•   Kirsten is a licensed and insured  Landscape Architect in PA, NJ and NY.
•   Our experience working with installation companies have taught us what
looks good on paper doesn’t guarantee it will work well on site. She knows
construction techniques that work well and will enhance a property’s function
and beauty.
•   Kirsten previously worked for several design firms in Philadelphia and New
York City. Her prior experience as a residential Realtor in Bernardsville NJ
has shown her which features will increase the  property’s value. She knows
which improvements buyers are willing to pay extra for.
•   She has family overseas and has traveled in Europe extensively. Spain,
France, Italy and Greece are all on the Mediterranean Sea, yet have very
different styles. We strive to be authentic and appropriate.
•   We design master plans. We consider the entire picture and create curb
appeal and focal points to welcome visitors in, and invite them outside and
through the property.
•  We create appropriate designs for the specific style of architecture of the
residence, neighborhood and community; we will work with your architect to
ensure that the house and property are consistent.
